Trumpet Vine Bloom Begins

This morning I was out watering and I spotted this bloom and then saw another one and
realized that the trumpet vine was fixing to bloom so thought I would share it with you. It makes a beautiful bloom. I planted them to grow up the cage which is the only place I can plant without the deer getting them when August gets here and they need a little snack. I have to be sure and shut the gate or all the plants would be gone by morning. I meant to move some cannas and iris but never got around to it so will have to remember about October to do that. I better write it on my calendar so I will remember. I will take another picture when it opens so you can see how beautiful it is.
